Distillery tour & Tasting Experience

Experience the journey of our New-Make spirit from grain to glass.

Our Brewhouse

Our journey begins in our award-winning Brewery. Utilising the infrastructure, equipment and expertise of the brewery to produce specialist whisky wash for our future single malt.

All Single Malt Whisky is produced by combining three simple ingredients - Barley, Yeast & Water. But we believe that it is the interaction between these ingredients during mashing & fermentation that helps to develop a lot of the flavour found in our spirit.

Our expert brewing team are responsible for producing a high quality, high-gravity wash suitable for our single malt, utilising the same malted barley, live brewer's yeast & water that are used in producing our beers.
