Lancaster Spirits Co. presents a truly artisanal approach to spirits, with every bottle crafted from Grain to Glass under one roof. Each step is designed to bring out the best of the ingredients and create a gin that is bold, flavourful, and unique. Everything begins at our sister company, Lancaster Brewery, where they produce the wash needed for all of our spirits.

All of the spirit necessary to produce our gin is produced from scratch utilising the grain, water and yeast that are processed by our expert brewing team to create a complex, rich wash that is full of flavour, ready for distilling.

Our Distiller then distills the wheat & rye wash to a high proof in our column stills to create a our base spirit, a clean canvas to showcase the botanicals' flavours.

Our Gin is then distilled with botanicals in our Copper Pot still, Rose, through a carefully controlled process that extracts the flavours and aromas from the chosen botanicals, creating a unique and aromatic spirit.
