Explore the depth, character and complexity of our New-Make Spirit. Single malt made by Brewers. A fruity & sweet spirit, yet robust & balanced. Exactly as we intended it to be. 

Our new-make spirit is crafted by the brewery & refined by the distillery. Produced with an abundance of traditional, yet modern production techniques. All to create the real depth of flavour we are looking for.

Utilising the infrastructure, equipment and expertise of the brewery to produce single malt. Underpinned by a long fermentation of up to 168 hours using the brewery's live brewer's yeast and water from our own aquifer.

Nose: Ripe Tropical Fruits, Confected sweets, Perfumed flowers & buttery Champagne.

Taste: Toffee Apples, Blueberries, buttery Champagne, butterscotch and treacle toffee.
